Founder of Regal Health London Greetings. I am Randa Mansour, and I am pleased to provide an overview of my professional journey. 

For over twelve years, I have had the privilege of assisting patients from diverse international backgrounds, many referred by distinguished embassies such as those of Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. It has been profoundly rewarding to play a role in critical stages of their medical experiences here in London. 

My career commenced not within an office setting but alongside patients, fulfilling the role of a trusted interpreter for high-profile clients. This position afforded me valuable insights into the complexities and deeply personal nature of medical travel. As my career progressed, my scope of responsibilities expanded to encompass the management of complex cases and the coordination of care among leading private hospitals and esteemed specialists. These formative experiences led to the establishment of Regal Health London, driven by my commitment to fostering a service grounded in trust, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail. 

More importantly, I sought to create an environment that prioritises a humanised approach, ensuring that each client feels genuinely acknowledged, supported, and cared for throughout their journey.
